He Knows Your Burdens

Your burdens are heavy, and you carry them alone.
Your situation is dangerous, and you fear for your safety.
You feel trapped by circumstance, and you can’t find a way out.

He knows the burden that your life has laid on you, and he offers to carry you and your struggle.
He knows the different dangers you face, and he asks you to trust him in the darkness.
He knows the loneliness of abandonment and the inescapable high walls of shame, and he comes to be with you to show you the way out.

My friend, you are not alone.

Today, no matter how you feel, God’s grace, love, compassion and presence is on your side, and you are being lifted up in my prayers as well.
