Think of a promise that you wish would come true.
Think of a person you wish would walk through the door to be with you again.
Think of a hope that has long since become too hard to contemplate.
He is the promise you have been longing for. He is the person who can give you what you need the most. He is the hope of your world. He came from heaven to earth to be the way for us to get from earth to heaven. He is Jesus and his name means Saviour. He will save His people from their sin (the consequences of their rejection of God).
Today, wherever you go, you are His possession, part of a holy people, belonging to a royal priesthood and a person who belongs to God.
